Virtual Exhibition

December 2020 marks the end of the inaugural year of Rogers Art Loft residency program. Throughout our first session of residencies, we have welcomed twelve artists to Las Vegas. Artists-in-residence have created exhibitions, textiles, live performances, prints, sculptures, call centers, video works, collaborative dialogues, and more. We are proud to have worked with these artists and we are grateful to continue this work into the future.

The Year One Retrospective is the opportunity to share what has been developed throughout the course of the year. Works given to the Rogers Art Loft Collection will be displayed, as well as, newly commissioned works from alumni and local Las Vegas artists.

Given the Covid-19 pandemic, the exhibition will unfold virtually in a variety of capacities and through streamed events. This unique opportunity allows the work to live online indefinitely.

This virtual exhibition tour features works from the Rogers Art Loft collection; including new works from alumni artists Sharbreon Plummer and Ayanah Moor and new works from selected Las Vegas artists Daisy Sanchez and Kristin Hough. This hosted virtual walk-through highlights a variety of works, shares process details, and presents work descriptions. In addition, a sneak peak of the exhibition catalogue is shared.
